Real Men Wear Colored Laces
Don't shy away from color - make a statement! If you're looking for a bold, yet subtle way to spice up your look, try adding a pop of color to your shoelaces! This easy way to accessorize makes a big difference to your outfit as a whole. Check out these few tips before tying up:
- Stick to brogue shoes (wingtips) - oxfords, bucks, and even some dress shoes will work.
- Avoid rocking colored laces in super formal situations. This trend is fun, so don't expect to be taken too seriously.
- Don't overdo it. Too much accessorizing can easily lead to overkill. Opt for color laces only when there isn't a lot of distraction from the rest of your outfit.
